23rd May Ryann manage to sit up on his own

Today Ryann managed to sit up right from tummy time position. Actually he already able to do that a couple of times but he still dunno how to shift his hands to support himself. After a while he will fall to the side. Today he manage to sit upright. That is so happy. A new milestone met.

Finally, i have decided to intro FM to Ryann. Although i feel abit upset that i have to do that, but it seems that i have no choice.Ryann have been so choosy with food. Porridge is a No No for almost 11 days already. Tried all methods. Tomorrow intro mee sua. Hope he like it.

Soon i will start to replace BM with FM. Heart pain. All my precious milk wanna do what????
And how to cut the milk supply??Somebody HELP!!!
