1st Mar Ryann's class

In laws came over to visit Ryann. Luca came along thus i carried Ryann instead. Then he started clinging to me and started crying. After a while, i got him to play his cooking toys and i carried him to feed everyone in the house. That's when he got warmed up. He enjoyed feeding everyone food from his honey pot.
He wanted to go near Luca yet when Luca turn around and look at him, he ran away. So cute.

We took a cab down for our class. Luckily we were on time. We have got 4 new friends on trial class. Today i left Ryann to play on his own with his friends. I wanted to let him be used to playing without the sight of me. Occasionally he does look up for me but most of the time he seems ok. Hopefully he would be ready for playgroup soon.

Today during the Zoo bag segment, Ryann was fidgeting as usual until the green inch worm caught his attention. He went forward to Teacher Wei and when Teacher Wei tried to tickle him with the puppet, he start running away. This cheeky boy wants to touch yet scare of it. For the first time, he sat down to listen to Teacher Wei during the Zoo bag segment. They introduced the word IN by getting the kids to put the balls back in the bag. They introduced the word insects and ill as well. Ryann lost his interest by then. Hopefully his attention span will last longer next time.

Then came the flash cards for the Zoophonics. Ryann was so excited he ran towards Teacher Russell. That is his favourite segment of all every time - flash cards. I got him to sit down in the middle of the mat in front of the teachers and he sat there quietly waiting for the segment to start all the way to the letter 'Z' before he stand up to look for me. Great waiting and great concentration. He was all excited to match the cards too.

During artwork segment, we were given potato stamps with paint to do some art work. As usual, Ryann started to play with the paint. But it was quite fun too.

We ended our class in the music room again with more songs and dance.
With new people in the class, it seems a little bit chaotic but it was alright still. Hopefully next week would be fine.

p/s: Ryann finally knows how to turn his book the right side up. As he flips the books, he realized that the book was upside down, he managed to turn it back. Great job Ryann.
