12th Apr Ryann's class

Today, Ryann managed to concentrate better in class. Although he still run about during the zoo bag segment, for the rest of the segment, he is still quite keen in listening. When we were introducing the number 10, he was watching the teachers attentively. I also realized that he loved the white board.

Today we covered the letter 'O'. We learned about octopus, orange and oil. During this segment, Ryann always like to just wonder about. Teachers prepared orange for him eat but he never liked them anyway so i rejected it. He wasn't even listening to the teachers when they introduce the word oil. When the flashcards came out, he sat down attentively to listen.
He managed to match both the zoo cards 'i' and 'o' accurately.

Today's artwork consist of mixing the yellow and red paint to get orange color. Then use the orange stamp to create orange stamp prints. Before we could start with the stamping, Ryann already got his hands all stained with paint and he was practically playing with the paint then stamping.

During class, we will introduce social skills such as waiting patiently, taking turns and sharing. Ryann have shown slight improvement on that. But at times, he refused to return the toys even after the clean up song. Hopefully by next term, he will be able to learn from the elder kids.

After class, we went shopping around in Orchard road while waiting for hubby to finish work. Send my bag for cleaning. Brought belts for $5 each. So cheap. Bugis is selling at least $12.90. Oh no, i am getting more auntie. =p Ryann was feeling too tired that he fell asleep at 8pm in his stroller.

Tomorrow is working day again. I am gonna miss Ryann again.
