19th Apr An eventful day

I cannot stand Ryann's hair anymore. We brought him to Hwa Xia for his hair cut. At the entrance of the shop, he already started crying. The crying episode continues through out the process and he refuse to sit down. Finally when he is done, he was already wet from tears from crying and sweat from all the struggling. He looks really like hubby with his short hair.


Today's class is the last class for this term. After this term, Ryann is going to join the bigger kids for the tots class. Just as we approach the classroom door, he started to show signs of wanting to cry but when he saw Teacher Wei, he started to warm up a little.


We learned letter P. Ryann wasn't listening to teacher Russell when she introduced the word Pillow but the powder that she was holding caught his attention. Teacher Russell tried to pour some powder onto Ryann's hands and he started rubbing it. This was considered the first encounter with powder. He seems very curious about it.


Teacher Russell read the 3 little pigs story for all the kids. By then , the situation was already quite chaotic but teacher Russell managed to use her voice and intonation to catch the attention of all the kids. Inside my heart, I am glad teacher Russell will still be Ryann's teacher. To be frank, if both of them were not Ryann's teacher, I think I will definitely drop out from GUG.


Today's artwork is to introduce the color pink. Ryann was supposed to mix red and white paint to get pink color on the pig artwork. Of cos Ryann enjoyed playing with all those paint.


During music class, Ryann was dancing while we sang some songs. One of the songs, Ryann was given a toy hammer and we were supposed to knock knock knock and stop. Ryann find that real amusing that he started laughing when we stopped. We took a class photo and I will miss this class.
