13th July Ryann manage to climb up my bed without any support!

Today Ryann manage to climb up my bed with out the support of any pillow or bolster. Few days ago he is able to step on top of a bolster and climb up on our bed. Today he manage to do it with out any form of support. Just climb up like that.... Smart boy. Feel happy and also worried that he might just crawl up the bed when we are not around and might just fall down the other side.

This afternoon just before we are about to head to woodlands. Ryann vomited again. So poor thing, i so heart ache to see him like that. He cough then just vomit like that and i keep telling him it is ok. calm myself down but inside i super heartpain to see him like that. I hope his cough will recover soon.

Reached Woodlands, Ryann reject porridge, either is because he vomit just now or too many people le. Come to think about it, i never ever succeeded in feeding him solid outside. Must really try lor. If not hard to bring him out.

I hope Ryann will get well soon. I feel so heart ache to see him like that.
