2rd July Ryann constipated

Poor Ryann constipated for 4 days le. He "Mmmmm" so long and nothing came out. So poor thing. See his face all red le still so painful.
Just before i prepare to go home, i told mum, if he still dun poo i am going to buy the medicine to poke back side le. No choice. Not sure if Ryann understand but immediately, he started to push and try to "Mmmm" This time round he tried for quite long and finally he cry so loud because came out liao. The head is so so hard lor. Aiyo, so poor thing. Let him poo at potty to complete the job.

Milk supply super low even thou i am more or less recovered. I must squeeze so hard just to get 150ml. Quite upset. I think i am addicted to pumping milk. Now that my milk is so little, i feel unhappy and not shiok. What happen to my milk? Where are you? pump until nipples bleed. =(

gerber's prune is so yucky, the sight of it already make ryann turn his head away not to say eat it.Hope ryann will eat the rest. =p
