15th Feb Ryann's class on Sunday

Today we went for class as usual but something different today as i forced daddy to accompany Ryann this time round. Every time i have to bring Ryann to class and i feel that daddy should also share this bonding time with him. But he never liked the idea. So i sort of forced him. =p

I peaked at the door throughout the class just to be sure hubby is able to handle Ryann. He did a great job. He interacted with Ryann (sometimes =p) and he managed to pull Ryann back from all the running about. He seldom get to have off days on sunday thus i hope he will want to have a bit of bonding time with him next time. (He complained right after that! =( )

Today Ryann learn about the letter G. When they introduced the zoo bag, as usual Ryann starts to get restless. Even after the puppet came out, he wasn't really keen too. they also introduced goat, grass and green. During this segment he wasn't really listening.

For the confidence builder segment, the kids are suppose to crawl through the 'tunnel'. Ryann was the first to dash in the tunnel but he backed up half way through and started moving backwards. After a couple of tries he finally was able to crawl through the tunnel to the other side. Great job Ryann.

I took over hubby during the Art work segment. We mixed corn flour with water to form a sticky gluely stuff. It is sticky and feels a bit like a dough but it will melt in our hands. Teacher Russell use blue colourings and yellowing colourings and mixed then together to form green.
Ryann was so excited and he already had his 2 hands in the pail and he was practically mixing the colours together for the teacher. That gave him green hands and funny stares from passer-bys.

During the last music segment, we sang a new song today about dancing. And with this song, Ryann was really happy and dancing on the mat. So amusing. I think Teacher Wei play an important part. She was dancing along with the kids as well. That attracted the kids attention and certainly help. She was loud enough during the class. She is interactive and knows her job well. I am really glad that Teacher Wei is Ryann's teacher now. Really hope they wont change anymore. I have decided to continue for another term since there is slight progress. Hopefully there would be more soon.
